Celebrating 2023 Faculty Tenure and Promotions

Sixty members of the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences faculty received promotions for 2023. Among them, 15 faculty promoted to associate professors were also awarded tenure.

The new promotions and tenure awards reflect the faculty members’ distinguished work in teaching, research and service, as demonstrated through achievements that include exceptional student and peer evaluations, publication of scholarly articles and books, and more.
