Meet Our New Associate Deans

Trysh Travis and Bianca Evans-Donaldson will help lead the college forward

The University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences recently welcomed two new associate deans, who will help propel the college into the future.

Trysh Travis, PhD, is a longtime UF faculty member in the Center for Gender, Sexualities, and Women’s Studies Research who now makes leap to the Dean’s Office. Bianca Evans-Donaldson, PhD, is a newcomer to UF who brings a depth of experience supporting underrepresented students to her new role as Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

“As a cultural and literary historian, Trysh Travis enjoys wrestling with complex, intricate issues. Now, the longtime University of Florida faculty member will bring her methodical problem-solving skills to her new role as Associate Dean for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.”
